    About Threadizers

We turn artwork into embroidery. Logos digitized into machine-ready stitch files, and custom patches made from those files — for embroidery shops, uniform suppliers, clubs, schools and brands who need the thing to sew properly the first time.

    100% manual digitizing

A person builds every file. Nothing is auto-traced.

    12–24 hours turnaround

    Same-day rush available for a flat $5.

    Free proof before you pay

You approve the work before any invoice.

    Every machine format

DST, PES, EXP, JEF and the rest. The files are yours.

    What we do

Embroidery digitizing. Converting artwork into a stitch file is not a format conversion — a digitizer rebuilds the design as machine instructions, deciding stitch types, directions, underlay, density and sequence. Done badly you get puckering, gaps and thread breaks. Done properly it runs clean on the first garment. Logos and left-chest designs start at $7, caps at $8, jacket backs at $14. The exact price depends on the artwork and how much work it needs, and we confirm it before any work starts.

Custom patches. Embroidered, woven, chenille, leather, PVC and sublimated, with merrowed or laser-cut edges and whichever backing suits the garment. Including the awkward ones: full-size back pieces, rocker sets, and anything that has to match a run made two years ago.

Vector art. Redrawing a logo by hand so it scales cleanly for print, cutting and embroidery. From $3 per image.

    How an order runs

    1. 1

      Send the artwork

Any format — PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, or an existing stitch file. Tell us the garment, the finished size and your machine format. No account needed.

    2. 2

      We quote and digitize

You get the exact price before any work starts, and the file is built by hand for the size and fabric it will actually run on.

    3. 3

      Approve the proof

You see the work before you pay. If something is wrong, say so and we change it.

    4. 4

      Revisions stay free

If a file does not sew the way it should, tell us what the machine did and we keep working on it until it behaves.

Being straight about what we are

We are a digitizing and patch supplier working online. Files arrive by email and through your account; patches and decorated caps ship to you. We are not a walk-in embroidery shop, so if you need someone local to decorate twelve shirts this afternoon, a nearby shop will serve you better than we can — and we would rather say that than waste your time.

What we are good at is the file itself, and patches made properly. Shops send us the jobs they would rather not do: small text, caps, large back pieces, awkward fabrics, and rush work. Shops sending 50 or more designs a month pay $6 a design, with the same digitizer on the account.

You will not find customer counts, review scores or years-in-business on this page. When we have reviews worth showing, we will show them — with names attached.
