    What happens after you get in touch

      Send your artwork

      Use the form, or attach your logo in any common format: PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, or an existing stitch file. No account needed. Tell us the size, the garment or patch type, and your machine format if you know it.

      Get a price and turnaround

      We reply with a quote and a turnaround time. Most quotes are back within a day, often within a few hours during business hours.

      Approve, then receive files

      Once you approve, standard digitizing turns around in 12–24 hours, with same-day rush available for a flat $5. You get every format your machine needs.

      Revise until it's right

      Revisions are free. If a file doesn't sew the way it should, tell us and we'll keep working on it until it's right.

    Before you send

    Do I need an account to get a quote?

    No. Send your artwork through the form or the quote button and we'll reply by email. You only need an account if you want to track orders and download files in the customer portal.

    What file should I send?

    Whatever you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG works fine. If we need a cleaner version, vector art conversion is available.

    How fast will I hear back?

    Most quote requests get a reply within a day, and often within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM MST). Mention your deadline if it's urgent.

    What does digitizing cost?

    Logos start at $7 and jacket backs at $14. The exact price depends on the artwork and how much work it needs, and we confirm it before any work starts. Full rates are on the pricing page, and every quote is free with no obligation.
