How much does it cost to digitize a logo?
Most standard left-chest logos are $8, digitized and delivered in 12–24 hours. Larger or more detailed designs (caps, jacket backs) start at $23, and anything over 30,000 stitches is priced at $1 per 1,000 stitches. You pay once and reuse the file forever.
What file formats do you support?
All major embroidery formats — DST, PES, JEF, EXP, HUS, VP3, XXX and more — included at no extra charge. Just tell us your machine and we'll send the right one.
How long does digitizing take?
Standard turnaround is 12–24 hours. Need it sooner? Same-day rush delivery is available for a flat $5.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every order includes free revisions. If it's still not right after revisions, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
