Custom Hat Embroidery
Hats are the hardest thing in embroidery to get right and the easiest to get wrong. The crown is curved, the machine stitches outward from the centre seam, and a logo built for a shirt will lean, gap at the seam and creep up the front. We build hat designs as hat designs — and if you need the hats themselves, we can supply those too.
Built for the curve, not scaled down
Centre-out sequencing, cap-specific underlay and pull compensation for a curved crown, so lettering stays level instead of arcing as it climbs.
Stitched direct or patched
Direct embroidery for clean single-colour marks; a patch when the artwork is detailed, multi-coloured or needs to sit on a foam-front cap.
Caps supplied if you need them
Dad hats, snapbacks, truckers, fitteds, wool blends, corduroy and beanies — decorated and delivered, or just the artwork if you source your own.
3D puff done properly
Foam-width satin columns and sealed ends so the foam never peeks through the stitching. Puff starts at $9.

Structured or unstructured, front, side or back, and the finished width. 2 to 2.75 inches is the usable front on most caps.
