    Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your artwork with anyone outside the people who need it to do your job.

    Last updated: 14 August 2026

    1. What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order:

    • Name, email address, and optionally phone number and company name
    • Country, so we can advise on shipping and turnaround
    • The artwork and files you upload
    • Order details, messages and correspondence with us

If you create an account we also store your password as a one-way hash — we never see or store it in readable form.

Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

    2. Why we use it

    • To quote, produce and deliver your order
    • To contact you about that order
    • To operate your account and order history
    • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
    • To send our newsletter, if you explicitly opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time

We do not use your artwork to train AI models, and we do not use it as a portfolio sample without asking you first.

    3. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. Each only receives what it needs:

    • Cloudflare — content delivery and protection against attacks; sees traffic metadata
    • Google reCAPTCHA — distinguishes real visitors from bots on our forms; subject to Google's privacy policy
    • Resend — sends transactional email such as order and quote notifications
    • Tawk.to — live chat, if you choose to use it; sees what you type in the chat window
    • Google Search Console — aggregated, anonymous search statistics about the site

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

    4. How long we keep it

Order records and the files we produce are kept so we can re-supply or edit them for you later, and to meet accounting obligations. Quote enquiries that do not become orders are kept while they may still be useful, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

    5. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

    • Tell you what data we hold about you
    • Correct anything inaccurate
    • Delete your data and your account
    • Send you a copy of your files
    • Stop sending you marketing email

Email digitize@threadizers.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK, EU or California you have specific statutory rights (UK/EU GDPR, CCPA) — we apply the same process to everyone.

    6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to order data and uploaded artwork is restricted to the team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

    7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. reCAPTCHA and the live chat widget set their own cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

    8. Children

Our service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we delete it if we discover we have.

    9. Contact

    Privacy questions or requests: digitize@threadizers.com.
