Custom Woven Patches
When a supplier says your logo is too detailed to embroider, woven is the answer. Threads are finer and woven flat on a loom rather than stitched on top, so a woven patch holds text down to about 2mm — more than twice the detail embroidery can manage. Thinner, more flexible, and no penalty for using ten colours.
Text down to ~2mm
Embroidery stops being readable around 5mm. Woven holds taglines, web addresses and fine heraldry that would turn to mush in thread.
Colour count is free
A ten-colour woven patch costs about the same as a three-colour one. In embroidery every extra colour is another thread change and more machine time.
