Embroidery Digitizing for Canadian Customers
We aren't based in Canada; we're an online digitizing service that Canadian shops and home embroiderers send work to by email. Two things come up in Canadian orders more than anywhere else: French lettering with accents, and winter garments like toques, fleece and softshells. We build files for both. Simple designs are $7 USD, and your first design is free.
French accents that actually stitch
An é or ç at left chest size is a tiny separate shape that often drops out or blobs. We build accents into the lettering so bilingual text stays readable.
Built for toques and fleece
Knit toques stretch and fleece swallows stitches. The file gets firmer underlay, and we'll tell you when a topping film is needed to stop the stitches sinking.
Your working day, roughly ours
We work Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM MST. That matches Mountain time, sits an hour ahead of BC and two behind Ontario and Quebec.
USD pricing, invoice after proof
$7 a simple design, $14 a jacket back, in US dollars. You see the proof before you pay, so the amount is known before your card converts it.
How it works
Send the artwork and garment
Finished size, the garment (toque, fleece, polo, jacket), any French text, and your machine or file format.
We digitize and proof it
Hand-built by a digitizer, typically back in 12–24 hours, or same day for a flat $5.
Approve, pay, stitch
Check the proof, pay the invoice, download the file. Revisions are free.
