Embroidery Digitizing for UK Customers
We're not a UK company and don't pretend to be. We're an online digitizing service, and UK embroiderers use us because the file turns up in their inbox, not because we're round the corner. Tell us sizes in millimetres, name your machine, and you'll get a hand-built file back, usually by the next UK morning. Simple designs are $7 and your first design is free.
Work in millimetres
Give us 90mm wide for a left chest or 280mm for a jacket back and that's what we build to. No converting to inches and rounding.
Formats for UK machines
DST for Tajima, ZSK and most multi-heads; PES for Brother; JEF for Janome; EXP for Bernina and Melco; VP3 and HUS for Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff. All included.
Replies by the next morning
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM MST, which is late afternoon into the night in the UK. Send before you finish for the day and the reply's usually there when you start.
Priced in US dollars
$7 a simple design, $14 a jacket back. Your card or bank converts at its own rate, so check that rate if you're budgeting to the penny.
How it works
Send the artwork and size
Finished size in mm, the garment (polo, school jumper, hi-vis, cap) and your machine or file format.
We digitize overnight, your time
A digitizer builds it by hand and sends a proof by email, typically 12–24 hours later.
Approve, pay, stitch
Check the proof, pay the invoice in USD, download the files. Revisions are free.
