Keep patch designs simple and robust here. A finely detailed crest will not look better after two hundred sanitation cycles.
College sports and Greek life

Humidity
Worth a practical note for anyone holding stock. Georgia summers are humid, and patches stored long-term in a non-climate-controlled space — a warehouse mezzanine, a back-of-house store, a garage — can develop mildew spotting on the backing. Adhesive-backed stock is most vulnerable.

Timing
Digitizing returns by email in 12–24 hours, or same day with rush. Physical patch production runs one to two weeks depending on quantity and type, plus transit. Plan two to three weeks end to end for a first order; reorders skip digitizing entirely.
Film work in particular often has compressed schedules. Tell us the date up front — we'd rather say a deadline isn't achievable than accept it and miss.
